Terms and Conditions

– We suggest that you invite your guests 30 – 40 minutes prior to the party start time. This gives the children some time to have a play before the party begins.
– Please ensure that your confirmation of Guest List, Kids Food Option & Adult Platters are received by 4pm Monday prior to the date of your party via Email, Call or Fax. (9638 0788)
– A $100 deposit for standard parties and after hours functions is required to confirm your booking. ONCE DEPOSIT IS PAID, NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
– Invitations will only be issued once deposit is paid. Full payment is required at the beginning of the party, sorry no personal cheques.
– NO FOOD OR DRINKS are allowed to be brought into Playland. We do cater for dietary needs including: diabetics, vegetarian & allergies.
– NO CAKES allowed to be brought into Playland unless you have a pre-booked party.
– No responsibility is taken for lost or stolen property.
– All children and adults that wish to use the equipment MUST WEAR SOCKS, NO EXCEPTIONS. Please read our full party information sheet prior to booking your party.
– One table is allocated per party for the adults.
